  • Resolution:  Work diligently to resolve any disputes or issues with customers directly.

4. DISPUTES & CLAIMS

  • Initial Contact:  Attempt to resolve any disputes directly with the customer.
  • Escalation:  If unresolved, disputes can be escalated to Fight Supply Company’s Mediation Team for resolution.
  • Fairness:  Engage in the dispute resolution process in good faith.

5. PAYMENTS & FEES

  • Timely Payments:  Payments will be processed according to the agreed schedule.
  • Fees:  Be aware of any applicable fees for transactions, listings, or other services.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

  • Fraudulent Activity:  Any form of fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform will result in penalties, including possible account suspension or termination.
  • Compliance:  Follow all platform rules and legal requirements to maintain a positive selling environment.

7. SUPPORT & RESOURCES

  • Assistance:  Our support team is available to help with any questions or issues you may have.
  • Resources:  Utilize the resources and tools provided by Fight Supply Company to optimize your selling experience.
