Off-Platform Transactions
Latest Update 9 June 2024
Please review the Off-Platform Transactions Policy carefully.
The FSCo offers marketplace services and websites to help expand and broaden your brand name and products reach.
Because navigating off the FSCo services or websites may increase the risk of fraud or scam exposure, taking communications and transactions off-platform is not allowed.
This includes, for example:
- Making offers to buy or sell outside of the FSCo marketplace services or websites
- Encouraging buyers to purchase an item in your marketplace shop through another venue
- Using a QR code to direct users off of a FSCo platform
A transaction initiated on a FSCo service or website may not be completed off a FSCo platform. Sellers may not alter the item’s price after a sale for the purpose of avoiding FSCo transaction fees, misrepresent the item’s location, or use another user’s account without permission. The price stated in each listing description must be an accurate representation of the sale.
In the event of any actual or suspected violation of this Policy, the FSCo has the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Services and access to the FSCo websites.
This policy is a part of our Terms of Use. By opening a Marketplace account, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use.
