1. Methods of Withdrawal

2. Withdrawal Charges

  • 3.50 % for PayPal withdrawals
  • 1.50 % for Bank Transfer

3. Minimum Balance

  • $300.00
  • A minimum balance will be maintained before withdrawal.
  • To protect the buyer and seller in a transaction and avoid situations when products are not delivering to the customer or the seller not maintaining their product quality, funds will be maintained at this amount before a withdrawal is available.

4. Order Status for Withdraw

  • “Completed”
  • This is the order status for which a seller’s withdraw will be based on.

5. Exclude COD Payments

  • If an order is paid with Cash on Delivery (COD), this payment will be excluded from the vendor balance.

6. Withdraw Threshold

  • Threshold limit: 5 days
  • Number of days in which an order must be “Complete” before the funds are available for withdrawal.
  • This is to make the marketplace more secure for the customers and sellers.
  • While we value or customers opinions, we must also provide a benefit of doubt to the seller that they are performing to the FSCo standards.
  • A seller will not receive funds for sales until the threshold limit has been reached.
  • In this time if a customer has a complaint, the FSCo may investigate and determine whether funds should be refunded, or processed as a “Completed” sale.
