Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
All orders placed at 2:30pm or later may not ship out until the next business day. All orders placed on Friday at 2:30pm or later may not ship out earlier than the following Monday, or the next business day.
Delivery delays may occur based on weather and unforeseen issues that may arise.
International Shipping
Currently, the FIGHTsupplySHOP does not ship outside the United States. Individual sellers may ship outside the United States. These sellers will note this in their Shop Terms & Policies.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
The FIGHTsupplySHOP and affiliate sellers are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Drop Shipping
In the event that the seller is currently out of stock of a product, the seller may get the manufacturer to ship the item to you directly. Typically this is a seamless process with no additional delays or costs.
In the event that the manufacture is also out of stock, or has since discontinued the product the seller will issue a refund. The seller may also offer a suitable replacement, but the buyer is by no means obligated to accept the replacement, and may request a full refund.
Shipping Damages
The FIGHTsupplySHOP and affiliate sellers are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you did not receive your order once a tracking number was issued or received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.25% of merchandise sales is included on orders shipped to Texas addresses.
In-Store Pickup
Some products are available at the FIGHTsupplySHOP operated by Street Jitsu Justin.
